This is understandable because 2 weeks isn't a whole lot of time to make a real difference in how you look. Step 1
The first step you should take when you are trying to lose weight is to get rid of all unhealthy food like cookies chips, candy etc.Clean all those food from the house. This is a sign of your commitment and also can avoid temptation.

This will let your body burn calories by working areas of muscle that usually wouldn't get to be active. Also bear in mind, to lose weight in a 2 week time frame you are going to need to be exercising 5 times plus each week!
